  • I have just bought the V116w. It is nice but I have the same problem as other people as I cannot change the language to English or any other language in Windows 8.1. Like other people, I have followed the instructions on your support site but the option to download the English and also other languages but the button for downloading them does not show.
    Your advice to other people with this problem is to download the language pack from your website but your Download page only shows Android downloads. Please send me your page link for the Win8.1 language pack download for English.

  • we have received 5 of your tablets for work, currently we have tried to follow your guide to alter the language to english but with no success it leaves the system language in chinese and changes some of the items to english. we have tried setting up a new user from the uk but that still holds the system into chinese
