- My 2yr old son dropped my v989. The screen cracked. I bought a new screen, with glass and cable, but I cannot open te case. There is so much glue and I am afraid I will break the entire tablet. Do you have some tips?

- My Onda V989 touch screen failed. There is no mechanical damage visible. Tablet mouse controling works. Firmware version v2.0.2_v4; android 4.4.2. Can you propose how to handle it. Thanks.
